Views of original Study Models.

This picture shows the beginnings of the diagnostic wax-up for both upper laterals. In this case a Le Cron, scalpel and Ash 5 were used to manipulate the wax.

This picture shows the finished upper left lateral and left buccal view of the Study Models.

This picture shows the finished upper right lateral and right buccal view of the Study Models.

This picture shows both upper waxed-up laterals and a declined labial view of the Study Models.

N.B. It was acknowledged by the Consultant that using possible veneers in this case was not an ideal treatment plan as the patient would be left with deep incisal tips. However, it was also acknowledged that the labial appearance was acceptable.
