Ensure that the pellets are free from the joining surfaces.
The number of 'heating seconds' are programmed into the Ministar machine by pressing the 'sec +' button, the compressed air 'bar' level is checked at this stage also.
The heating element is then moved over the EVA blank and the heating count down begins.
The heating count down continues until reaching 'zero', then the Ministar machine will alert us as when to return the heating element to its starting position and close the chamber over the invested model and the locking arm should be moved in to position.
N.B. The Ministar machine will automatically stop heating if the count down reaches -5 seconds.
The chamber will be held under an air pressure during the cooling phase / count down.
The Ministar machine will again alert us as when to evacuate the chamber and the formed blank and model are removed from the machine.
The locking arm is 'unlocked'.
The chamber is opened.
The formed blank removed from the machine.
