The teeth to be used for the laterals.

The undercuts on the upper working model are waxed out and the Adams clasps are fabricated in 0.7mm S.S wire on the 6/6.

A light wax relief may be placed in the 'U' loop area of the labial bow to create an instant space between the soft tissues and the labial wire.  See images for further wax relief areas.

The laterals are then trimmed and positioned with wax as shown.

The labial bow 3/3 is then fabricated in 0.8mm S.S wire.

A strip of wax is placed around the upper working model as shown to concentrate the cold cure acrylic in one area during the spraying process. The model soaked for 10 minutes and sprayed, cured, trimmed and polished in the usual method.
